       CUPIDO BISCUITS

This is the recipe how to make cupido biscuits. They are delicious and they look beautiful. Hope you like it. ;)





                                               INGREDIENTS:


-For biscuit:
-150 g of chocolate;
-100 g of margarine;
-100 g of sugar;
-3 eggs;
-150 g of flour;
-1 sachet of baking powder.

-For white cream:
-600 ml of milk;
-100 g of sugar;
-80 g of food starch/corn starch;
-1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

-Sour cherries, strawberries or forest fruits.


                                               PREPARATION:


Whisk the egg whites and sugar. Then add egg yolks to them. After that, melt chocolate and butter in the microwave and add that mixture to a mixture of egg and sugar. Once well mixed, add the flour and baking powder. Then bake in molds in the shape of a heart.

When biscuit cools, cook the white cream. You will get the white cream if you follow this instructions. Using a part of milk slurry the food starch/corn starch and cook in it the rest of the milk which we mixed with sugar. Pour the warm mixture onto a biscuit and leave it to cool.

Sour cherries, strawberries or forest fruits grind in a blender. Add in the mixture juice of cherries, strawberries or berries.
Pour the resulting mixture over biscuits(as shown in picture).

Decorate it nad you're done! :D
